1. Service Description
Voquy provides a Chrome Extension and cloud-based infrastructure for real-time audio transcription, AI-powered meeting summaries, translation, and contextual AI assistance. By using our service, you agree to provide access to your browser tab audio or microphone as initiated by your explicit interaction with the extension.
2. Billing and Payments
We operate on a pay-as-you-go (metered) billing model. You are billed at the end of your billing cycle for the exact number of minutes processed by our transcription engine. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processors.
There are no minimum usage requirements or upfront minute packages. You can monitor your current usage, manage your billing preferences, and cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
3. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our backend APIs.
- Use the service to transcribe audio in violation of local recording laws.
- Automate the service using bots or scripts without explicit authorization.
- Resell the service without a separate commercial partnership agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Voquy is provided "as is" and "as available". While we utilize state-of-the-art machine learning models, transcription and translation accuracy is inherently dependent on audio quality, background noise, and speaker clarity.
We do not guarantee perfect accuracy and are not liable for any damages resulting from transcription errors, misunderstandings, service interruptions, or data loss caused by client-side browser issues or internet connectivity.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent billing activities. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
